Our driver, Wasantha, drove us from Shangri La Hambantota to Shangri La Colombo. He also drove me to Colombo Airport the next day.

While we were with Wasantha only for a few hours during the transfers, he did impress us with his professionalism, his knowledge about Sri Lanka and the world, his reliability, his openness and honesty, his clarity of speech, and much more.

If we were to ever visit Sri Lanka again, we would surely book a long tour with him, on his new website.

The price was incredibly competitive, the car air conditioned and comfortable and Wasantha our driver was fabulous. Both with elderly
Parents and our daughter, he couldn’t have been better. His driving is safe and steady despite some hairy roads and fast buses on the roads. We never felt anything but safe. His historical knowledge is second to none, making the drives interesting and fun. We stopped to try the best fresh fruit and coconut water, gorgeous and unexpected waterfalls… all happily out of the normal drive route and always with a smile and kindness. The help and advice with planning has been invaluable.
We are well travelled and definitely expect a certain level of comfort.. all met by this team. Sri Lanka is the most incredible country to visit, the food fabulous, people so kind and friendly and every part of this amazing county just delightful. "Vasantha is someone l would like to recommend. He is a very nice guy and a decent vehicle, he's a very likeable person, he's driven a quite a few times and very trustworthy, honest person, he's an ex Sri Lankan member of the armed forces (Army) unfortunately for him he had to leave the forces due to family issues and is totally dedicated to them.
